Using External Links in Blackboard
  1. Use Control Panel --> External Links

  1. Within External Links, Click on Add Item or, to organize your links within folders, click on Add Folder. (To put links within a folder you will need to open the folder first.)

     
  2. Add the link information


     
  3. Set the Options
    (Note that for copyright reasons, you probably will want to open your link in a new window.)

     
  4. Click  Submit.
