The Online Quiz-Pool Generator

The Online Quiz-Pool Generator allows you to create your quiz in your favourite word processor and then paste it into a window which will then generate your pool for you. This is much less cumbersome that using the interface within Blackboard.

Instructions:

1. Check out the quiz-pool generator to see the required format for your quizzes.
   Be sure that each question and item is on its own line and is not broken up by carriage returns that will confuse the generator.
2. Open the quiz-pool generator and paste your quiz into the window provided.
3. Click submit and you will be asked to save your quiz pool to your local drive, from where you can import it into your Blackboard courses.

Note that you must be on the Algonquin network to use the Quiz Pool Generator -  if you are not you will need to install the Virtual Private Network Client.  For instructions and software, visit the ITS website at http://www.algonquincollege.com/its
