Welcome to Nick's Fabulous Grammar Homepage!  This site is currently under construction and will be updated periodically. 

To understand most of the topics discussed here, you pretty much have to understand clauses and phrases.  To do this, you need to be able to recognize verbs and subjects.   Understanding these things is not hard, and it will make understanding all the rest much, much easier!

Also, if you happen to go stop for a drink in your local pub this weekend, you can explain clauses, phrases, punctuation and all the rest to the people you meet.  They will be amazed, and beautiful people will be attracted to you because they'll realize how smart and sophisticated you are.
